How do you make dining outdoors, or Al fresco, a success? There are so many ways to entertain, from the simplest to the most elaborate. Are there challenges? Absolutely. Setting up to accommodate guests, menu planning, weather issues (eek!…it’s raining!), must all be considered.
Will it be lunch where you can enjoy the blue skies and beauty of the garden? Perhaps you want to be adventurous and have dinner outside. Imagine…the weather is cooling, the air is crisp, aromas abound, and there is a blazing fire in the firepit or outdoor fireplace providing enchanting nighttime ambiance.
